How can I purchase blinds from Bilanco?
To place an order, you’ll need to contact Bilanco directly via phone, email, or by filling out their enquiry form to arrange a consultation or quote.
What are the lead times?
Made-to-measure blinds typically take around 2–4 weeks from ordering to delivery or fitting.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payments can be made by cash, cheque, bank transfer or card. We ask for a 50% deposit at the time of ordering and the balance is due when the blinds are fitted. We can take card payments over the phone.
Can I cancel or amend my order?
All of our blinds are made to measure, for your windows and to your specifications, therefore made-to-measure blinds are non-refundable once confirmed for manufacturing.
What if I receive faulty or incorrect blinds?
If there’s a defect or error, Bilanco will repair or replace the item after assessing the issue, backed by our 1 year parts and labour 1 year guarantee.
What is the warranty policy?
All blinds come with a manufacturer-backed warranty of 1 year parts and labour, covering defects in materials or workmanship.
How do I schedule installation or fitting?
When you blinds are ready to be fitted we will let you know, we can then find a time for that suits you for your blind's to be fitted.
What happens after I place an order?
Once we have your confirmed order and you have paid a deposit your blinds will go into production, either manufactured by us here in our factory premised or manufactured by one of our specialist suppliers. Once your blinds are ready we will call and let you know.
